Palau FDC.  Featured are stamps #5, 7 & 8, postmarked on the First Day of Issue 16 May, 1983. These feature Tropical Birds of Palau, including here the Palau Fruit Dove, the Giant White-eye and the Palau Fantail.  This cover is mounted on a page which gives detailed information about this cover, issued by the Postal Commemorative Society from their First Day Covers From Around The World collection.  This is in Mint condition.
